Are you a lab or a hospital?
Neither. We do not run tests and we do not treat you. We coordinate the people who do, and we have no commercial tie to any of them.
Do I need health insurance?
No. If you have a policy we will read it, tell you what it covers and file the claim. If you do not, nothing changes about how we work.
Can I keep my own doctor?
Yes, and most people do. If you want a recommendation we compare on distance, cost and outcomes, then you decide.
What happens to my reports?
They stay in your file for as long as you are with us. You can ask for a copy of everything at any time.
Can you look after my parents in another city?
That is what most of our family plans are for. Their manager arranges the visit, sends you the summary and calls you if something needs a decision.
